His groundbreaking work in utilizing recycled materials to finance remediation projects has become a hallmark of success. Kip’s 40-year journey, rooted in some of the earliest work in the country installing landfill liner groundwater protection systems now extends through developing cost effective landfill capping models that enable the remediation and redevelopment of sites that otherwise would likely remain underutilized and continue to be sources of pollution.
