Kip Foley’s pioneering vision guides Closure Management, LLC. With over four decades of experience in the environmental services industry, he stands as a beacon of innovation and expertise in the field. Starting his work at Resource Control, Inc. in the early 1980’s to leading Cover Technologies, Inc. for 25-years, and now Closure Management, Kip has been at the forefront of transforming landfill management practices. His groundbreaking work in utilizing recycled materials to finance remediation projects has become a hallmark of success. Kip’s 40-year journey, rooted in some of the earliest work in the country installing landfill liner groundwater protection systems now extends through developing cost effective landfill capping models that enable the remediation and redevelopment of sites that otherwise would likely remain underutilized and continue to be sources of pollution. Under his leadership, Closure Management strives to empower landfill owners with solutions that not only address current challenges but also generate future opportunities.
